We are just 0.5 km from Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary, 1 km from Kadalundi Beach, 7 km from Feroke Railway Station, 18 km from Kozhikode city centre, and 35 km (about 45 minutes) from Calicut International Airport.
Rooms start from ₹3,200/night for the Sit-Out Room, Balcony Room, and River Hut. The Duplex Suite is ₹4,500/night. All rooms include the option to add a Kerala home-cooked breakfast for ₹300–₹500 extra. Prices are for the base occupancy; extra beds are ₹500/night without breakfast or ₹650/night with breakfast.
Free activities include river fishing in the Kadalundi, crab hunting in the mangroves, bird watching (steps from Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary — home to 60+ migratory species), and guided nature walks. Paid activities on request include river boat rides and Kayaking, sunrise yoga sessions, Ayurvedic massages (Abhyanga, Shirodhara), and freshly cooked Kerala dinners.

Yes! Maleyam Homestay is pet friendly. Pets are welcome with prior notice at the time of booking. An additional charge applies for pets. Please inform us when you book so we can make appropriate arrangements.
